On 23 November 2017, the OSCE delegation, composed of: Omer Fisher, head of Department for human rights — Office for democratic institutions and human rights (ODIHR) of the OSCE, Tina Kukkamaa-Bach — head of Department for democratic management and gender issues of the OSCE ODIHR and I. Faizullin, a representative of the OSCE, the project Coordinator in Uzbekistan, was adopted in the Committee of religious Affairs (ICDS) .
